Since having my son I have found out that some items are more important than the others. So I decided to give you a list of items that has been a life saver when it comes to having a newborn, especially if you are on your third child, like me, you do not need to be buying anything unnecessary.
- Nose Frida
This tool may sound disgusting (if you are a first time mom) but this little miracle worker make the word disgusting go out the window. When your bay can not breath and you need instant relief, drop some saline in their nose, and use this to suck out their boogers! You and baby will be so happy, trust me.
2.Boppy Newborn Lounger
This baby lounger has come to handy when baby boy was sick. I would lay him on there to prevent nasal drip , which would cause him to cough/choke on his mucus. Now, I am not saying to let baby sleep on here and walk away to do something else, please do not leave your baby unsupervised! But it is a great tool for naps while you watch your favorite show on Netflix.
3. Breast Friend
This item is one of the items that saved my breastfeeding journey. It helps with all the positions until you are comfortable and know what position works best for you and baby. It also keeps you from slouching, a big bonus because we automatically try to lean towards baby when feeding instead of bringing them to us, so this prevents that.
4. Infantino Baby Carrier
I honestly use this more then my stroller because of the convivence. It is way more easier to strap your baby in here then pulling out and putting together a stroller, especially if you have the stroller with the bassinet (like I do.) When I am hitting the store with my other two kids, this is the best way for me to have a control and eye on all three of them.
5. SwaddleMe Original
Skip the whole learning how to swaddle your little one with a blanket like the hospital nurses just use this and your baby will feel just as good. My baby boy sleeps perfectly in this and it is so easy to wash.

5.Nipple Shield
When baby boy was born, his mouth was too small to latch properly so I had to use a nipple shield for the first month until he was able to latch. This product, no doubt, saved my breastfeeding journey. If I did not invest in one of these (hospital gives it to you for free but I bought more just in case I lost it) my breastfeeding journey would have ended! These are also good to use when your nipples are in too much pain, this gives you some protection until it heals.
